  • Two brand new songs of unity for June 20

Sometimes when I'm writing music for worship, looking ahead at the scriptures for a particular Sunday, two ways of approaching a text come to mind. And in this case, I couldn't choose between them, so I just finished both versions and am letting you decide which one you like best! Both are based on Galatians 3:26-28:

    • We Are All One 1 (pdf)
    • We Are All One 2 (pdf)

Enjoy, and let me know what you think! • A fresh song of commitment for June 13

How about sharing a brand new song (as in written a few minutes ago) with your community on June 13? Here's a new short song of commitment to Christ, based on Galatians 2:20, plus two different refrains for Psalm 5. Enjoy!

    • Galatians 2:20: "It is Christ who lives in me" (pdf) - a song for baptism, commitment services, and other celebrations. It can be sung slowly and reverently, or faster with a lively beat.
    • Psalm 5:3: "In the morning you hear my voice" (pdf and bulletin graphic)
    • Psalm 5:8: "Lead me, God, in your righteousness" (pdf and bulletin graphic)
